Learn from the man that literally wrote the book on espresso preparation and theory. Espresso Vivace founder and author of “ESPRESSO COFFEE: Professional Techniques”, David Schomer, has been researching caffe espresso, preparing it daily in Seattle, and teaching it to his staff for 28 years.

Now, he has decided to share this body of knowledge with espresso lovers everywhere. This course is offered as a three-day intensive.

Course structure

Maximum numbers of students/class is eight, with a minimum of two trainers in residence at all times. Minimum number to stage a class is five students.
Cost $500/day
Baristi completing the three day intensive course receive a frameable certificate of completion.
