Corona training videos

Hello Espresso Geeks,

During covid restrictions we have suspended hands-on training here at Vivace. I made a few little DIY videos to reinforce technique that I can share with you.

We get a lot of inquiries for hands-on training from folks that have my book. Unfortunately I have had to say no until “Vaccine Land” is here. One surprising revelation is that the Zoom conference, with embedded Power Point, is a superb method to teach espresso preparation. (I think it’s much better than a live seminar because embedded videos on technique can be watched over and over). It’s so effective that I have recorded a complete seminar entitled Espresso and Latte Art Theory which I am going to offer on Vimeo as soon as I figure out the tech..

Third i want to share milk texturing and latte art. (I am a little intimidated by the expertise out there on LA, man folks are so good it’s rewarding to have started this off in ’95)
