Web/Shipping Policies
Orders received by 12:00 midnight PST will be processed the following business morning.
Shipping:
- Espresso Vivace is all about delivering fresh coffee to your doorstep. Coffee is shipped on the same day it is roasted; the roasting date is clearly stamped on the bag. For freshness reasons we do not ship roasted coffee outside the United States. Your options are USPS Priority Mail, UPS, and Federal Express.
- Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee shipping times once your order leaves our roasting facility.
- If you are ordering a nonperishable product within Washington State, Washington State requires us to charge sales tax on the shipping.
- Please be aware that USPS does not guarantee arrival times. If you choose UPS or FedEx shipping, they do have some guaranteed arrival times. Please check on their websites for more details.
Returns:
- We apologize but we cannot take returns or exchanges on coffee due to its perishable nature. However, we do take returns on all other products which must be returned unused in their original packaging within 30 days for a complete refund. Email us at info@espressovivace.com to make arrangements.
Payment:
- We use Braintree for our credit card verification and processing.
Privacy:
- We only use information you provide us to get the product to your door step. We will send you a confirmation email for both the order and the shipment, which will include a tracking number. We will not sell your information.
